On Saturday, October 13, theUurban League of Metropolitan St. Louis hosted a Community Festival that featured free food, horse back rides, bounce houses, free health screenings and the unveiling of a Civil Rights Mural at it's Community Empowerment Center in Ferguson, Missouri.
